Westport Table

Dimensions: 96" long x 44" wide x 30" high. Entirely built of Canadian Hard Maple. Legs are 3" x 3" each made of a solid piece (ie. not glued up of thinner pieces). Aprons are 1-1/4" thick and are tenoned at the ends to fit into mortise cut into legs (see joining photo). The top is 1-1/4" thick and is glued up with boards that span the full 96" length, then removable extension leafs were cut 12" in from each end creating a 6' long table that can be extended to 8', the grain being continuous. Polyurethane finish, hand rubbed.

Fallbrooke Bed

Dimensions: 90" long x 62" wide x 28" high. Legs are solid Bird's Eye Maple; rails are solid Spotted Maple. Slate slats, recycled and refabricated from a one-room schoolhouse blackboard, are mortised into the legs to create the headboard and footboard. This bed is designed to have the mattress sit on 1" thick pine boards that are spaced apart for ventilation, thereby forgoing the boxspring. Polyurethane finish.

Coffee Table

Dimensions: 42" long x 22" wide x 18" high. Entirely constructed with solid Black Cherry. Top is made up of only two matching pieces. Mortise and tenon joinery hold together the legs and aprons. Oil and wax finish.

Floating Vanity in Black Cherry

Dimensions: 50" long x 28" wide x 8" high. 1-5/8" thick solid Black Cherry top. Finished with 8 coats of marine varnish, hand rubbed. Stainless steel boat hardware. Full extension drawer slides.
